My Story
Kenneth provides leadership coaching to influencers to fulfill their vision through life-changing personal and professional development. He supports small business owners, individuals, teams, and organizations with his visionary leadership development services through coaching, training, and keynote speaking.
Almost was the theme of my life, because for as long as I can remember, I felt like I wasn't good enough. Achieving "success" by doing things and conforming to a certain image consumed my life. I felt invisible, therefore, I was constantly seeking validation and self-worth from a career, other people, and church activities. So, I became a workaholic and overachiever. I consumed myself in church ministry activities. I was trying to maintain a certain image of success, but I was not fulfilled. In my early life, I was lost and seeking my life's purpose. I was committed to fulfilling everyone else’s goals while my dreams were dying inside of me, and this devastated me because while I was trying to please everyone and get their approval, I lost everything. Then one day, I even went to the emergency room because I felt like I was having a heart attack, only to be told by the doctor that I was under severe stress.
Once I decided to believe that who God made me was enough, then I no longer needed anyone else’s approval. That is when I realized that God was waiting on me to change my life. Once I made the decision to own my own value, my God, and my vision, everything changed.
I designed a coaching business where I live a freedom lifestyle that is built around my authentic values where I get to spend time with top-level impact leaders being significant in their space.
I have experienced many trials, tribulations, and tragedies, but through resilience and faith in God, I am triumphantly weathering the storms of life. I have put my life back together where I am happy and confident and where I have clarity of my life’s purpose and value.
